- Performance Ecology — International performer-training workshop led by New World Performance Laboratory at Brzezinka, Poland, exploring the ecological and relational dimensions of performance.
2004–2005
- Haitian Vibrational Songs — Two-part international performer-training project led by Maud Robart, focused on traditional Haitian songs, rhythm, breath, listening and embodied voice work.

- The Way — One-month intensive performer-training workshop led by Rena Mirecka, a principal actress of Jerzy Grotowski’s Laboratory Theatre.
- Body and Voice — Advanced training with Zygmunt Molik, a founding actor of the Laboratory Theatre, exploring resonance, breath, physical impulse and the integration of body and voice.
2000–2003
- GILDIA Theatre Research Project — Three-year performer-training and artistic research programme led by New World Performance Laboratory. The work explored physical and vocal action, improvisation, performance composition, ensemble practice and acting as a process of transformation.
2000
- Specialised Body-Work Training — Intensive workshop led by Przemysław Wasilkowski, who worked as a member of the artistic team at the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards in Pontedera, Italy.
- Ethnic Music and African Dance — Practical training led by Afra Crudo and Ladi a Mara from Mali.
1999
- Educational Theatre Workshop — Initial training with New World Performance Laboratory, introducing psychophysical acting, ensemble practice and collective performance-making.
Original Practice-Based Research Projects
Inanna’s Descent into the Underworld (2010–2011) — Original practice-based research project conceived, developed and led by Tom Ledan. A two-year exploration of Sumerian myths, transformation and embodied performance, culminating in a live performance.
Human Voice (2004–2015) — Long-term practice-based research project conceived, developed and led by Tom Ledan. An investigation into the expressive, relational and therapeutic potential of the human voice, developed through practical voice work, workshops and artistic experimentation.
